These Terms govern your use of PGH Transit ("the Service"), a personal Pittsburgh transit dashboard operated by Rohun Joseph. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

PGH Transit provides real-time Pittsburgh transit arrivals, ETAs, and related personal dashboard features. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and phone secure.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: if you opt in, we send one-time login and verification codes by SMS. These messages are transactional; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• Frequency: messages are sent only when you request a login/verification code, so frequency varies with your usage.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Help & opt-out: reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time. You can also remove your number in Settings.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend access for misuse.

Disclaimer

Transit data is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or delayed. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it where timing is safety-critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
